When it comes to our bloated and inefficient legal system, an ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure. I’ve developed this video resource library to help you identify risk, prioritize legal spending, and build a business within your individual risk tolerance.
Generally speaking, some of the biggest choices you will make as you embark upon your new business are (1) what type of entity to form and where to form that entity, (2) whether to categorize workers as employees or independent contractors and (3) how to protect yourself from employment claims.
My goal in developing these video resources to provide you with an overview of those landmines so that you can plan accordingly.
